Margaret Wright has worked in the field of personal and organisational development for over 30 years, initially as a Human Resource Professional working in the cosmetic, textile and energy sectors. A spell delivering a major outplacement programme for British Gas employees in Scotland led to a focus on enabling individuals and organisations to identify their strengths and 'what works' as opposed to what does not work. For the last 12 years Margaret has operated as an independent consultant specialising in strength based approaches to change, engagement and building understanding and relationships. Margaret is a past Chair of the South East of Scotland Branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, is qualified to provide MBTI feedback and is an imaginative facilitator.
